Syringa's Kooskia Clinic is located on Main Street in Kooskia for all our patients who live in the Clearwater River area. We provide family medicine and physical therapy services five days each week.

The Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center (Walla Walla VAMC) in partnership with Syringa Hospital and Clinics operates the VA Outpatient Clinic in Grangeville, Idaho. The new VA Outpatient Clinic operates under Walla Walla VAMC's umbrella and will provide primary care services to local Veterans.

Enrolled Veterans within a 60 mile radius of SHC who are currently being seen at Walla Walla VAMC's Lewiston Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) have an opportunity to receive primary care services at the Grangeville VA Outpatient Clinic.
